Defective or Incorrect Items

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind, etc.)

Items must be clean, undamaged, and resellable (light use is okay)

Each return is reviewed case by case

Not all requests are guaranteed approval

Minor color, shape, or design variations are not considered defects

How to Start a Return

Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
We’ll review your request and provide next steps. Unapproved or untracked returns may not be processed.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error or a defective product.

A restocking fee of up to 40% may apply for opened or used items.

Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may receive a partial refund or be rejected.
Return Shipping Responsibility

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After that, your order begins processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.
