Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy to return or get a refund. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and to protect both you and our products.


Return Eligibility

  • We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, even if the item has been gently used — as long as it’s clean, undamaged, and resellable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we take full responsibility and will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind, etc.)

  • We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please note:

    • Items must be clean, undamaged, and resellable (light use is okay)

    • Each return is reviewed case by case

    • Not all requests are guaranteed approval

    • Minor color, shape, or design variations are not considered defects


How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@ariov.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and provide next steps. Unapproved or untracked returns may not be processed.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error or a defective product.

  • A restocking fee of up to 40% may apply for opened or used items.

  • Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may receive a partial refund or be rejected.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with proof of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perishable or consumable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After that, your order begins processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.
